LOCATION AND DESIGN. Dream Catcher is the last house on a quiet residential lane that overlooks the turquoise waters of Great Cruz Bay. Great Cruz Bay is a well established and preferred neighborhood of select rental villas and high priced island homes. Dream Catcher sits on a large lot that gives you enough privacy from your neighbors to allow discrete tan anywhere sunbathing, yet the views from the pool and jacuzzi decks and all the rooms are outstanding. It is a 4-5 minute walk to the beach, water sports, tennis courts, restaurants and nightlife at the Westin Hotel (formerly the Hyatt), and you're also an easy 5 minute drive from Cruz Bay. Overall, this is a great location that is both very convenient and yet private, quiet and picturesque.

BEDROOMS. The 3 equal sized A/C bedrooms are separated by the living room, thus insuring very good privacy. One bedroom contains twin beds that convert to a king and the other two bedrooms have a queen bed. All three bedrooms are attractively furnished and adjoin a tiled bath and shower.

LIVING/DINING/KITCHEN. The living room seats 6 on upholstered wicker furniture, and includes antique amoires, Caribbean artwork, cable color TV/VCR and a stereo/cassette/CD. The interior dining room is fully screened and seats 6 at a wicker and glass table. The outside dining area seating 4 is on the jacuzzi deck along with the gas barbecue.

A stone half wall separates the living area from the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a 4 burner stove and oven, refrig/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, blender, toaster and abundant cookware and dinnerware.

Start with a scenic, peaceful and private location in Great Cruz Bay that is very convenient to shops, restaurants, the beach and the National Park. Add a 44 foot pool surrounded by a large sun deck with beautiful views, a 6 person hottub on a private deck that also has great views, air conditioned bedrooms, interior and exterior dining areas, a screened-in porch and a competitive price and you've got one of St John's most enjoyable and attractive 3 bedroom rental villas. The pool, bedrooms and everything except the hottub are on 1 level and the deck railing is very childproof, making this villa ideal for families with small children. We also highly recommend Dream Catcher for 1 to 3 couples, or anyone looking for a very well equipped, charming and reasonably priced St John villa.
