It is nestled into a beautiful hillside garden 130 feet above the turquoise waters of Great Cruz Bay. This dream house is surrounded on all sides by bougainvillea, hibiscus, jasmine, bird of paradise, periwinkle and other tropical flowers that are lovingly cared for and which bloom continuously in a rainbow of color. Jasmine enjoys a gorgeous view that sweeps 180 degrees over Great Cruz Bay and the Caribbean to a necklace of distant Virgin islands. As evening approaches, romantic red and gold Caribbean sunsets unfold before your eyes.

The interior of Jasmine is well furnished and maintained. It provides the essence of comfortable island living and the feel of a much more expensive home with terra cotta tiled floors throughout, cathedral ceilings and honey rattan furniture. Multiple screened sliding glass doors and large ceiling fans insure a constant flow of cool breezes, or you may close the doors and enjoy air conditioned comfort.

LIVING/DINING/KITCHEN. Sliding glass doors open from the living room onto a wraparound deck, allowing great views of the Caribbean and creating an indoor/outdoor living area that is constantly caressed by the tradewinds. A bar/countertop separates the kitchen from the living room. The honey rattan furniture includes an upholstered couch and 2 chairs, cocktail table, and end tables, all of which are accented by colorful rugs, lamps and artwork. The entertainment system includes a cable color TV with VCR and a stereo with cassette deck.

BEDROOMS. The 3 bedrooms are on different levels , and provide comfortable sleeping quarters for families or couples. The master bedroom (queen) and guest bedroom (full size bed) are both attractively furnished with honey wicker bedroom sets. The loft third bedroom is accessible by stairs and contains two twin beds.

Both bathrooms are done in handsome ceramic tile with terra cotta tiled floors.
