LOCATION. Jazz Villa enjoys a quiet hillside location in Chocolate Hole on the west side of St. John. The south and west facing orientation provides beautiful 180-degree views that include St. Croix, Hart Bay, Chocolate Hole Harbor, St Thomas, romantic Caribbean sunsets and the twinkling lights of distant islands at night. This is a peaceful and serene setting that is accented throughout by colorful and mature tropical landscaping. The setting also provides enough privacy for discreet clothing optional sun bathing. Although you feel quite removed from civilization, Cruz Bay is an easy 7-10 minute drive on paved roads, and the sandy beach, beach bar, fine restaurants and fitness room at the Westin Resort are less than a 5-minute drive.

DESIGN. One of Jazz' most popular features is its design. The functional 2-level design places the 40x 18-foot pool and large surrounding sundeck, two master bedroom/baths, the living, dining and kitchen areas and a half bath on the upper level. Two sets of stairs (1 interior, 1 exterior) lead to the two master bedroom/baths and patios on the lower level. Two other very popular villas that we offer share this design, and these homes have proven to be ideal for vacation living. In addition to a winning floor plan and design, in 2000-2001 Jazz underwent an extensive and expensive top to bottom renovation, and the result is an alluring, well furnished, very comfortable, like new home.

BEDROOMS. The 4 large bedrooms (2 kings, 2 queens all with A/C) are located on opposite ends of the villa on both levels to insure maximum privacy. All bedrooms open through screened sliding glass doors to the pool deck (upper) or private patios (lower). All bedrooms have private tiled baths.

LIVING/DINING/KITCHEN. The wicker furniture in the living area is both comfortable and attractive. Vaulted ceilings, tiled floors and a beautiful stonewall add to the tropical environment, while oversized sliding glass doors merge the tiled pool deck and interior living areas. Cable color TV/VCR and a stereo/CD are provided. The interior dining table seats 6-8 and there is also a dining table seating 6 on the pool deck. The remodeled kitchen is modern and well equipped for meals for 2-10. A gas barbecue grill is on the deck and a washer/dryer, beach chairs and telephones are provided.
