| As you enter Seawatch you walk through a beautiful garden courtyard and are immediately awestruck by the breathtaking views that stretch as far as the eye can see; often you can see El Yunque mountain more than 90 miles distant in Puerto Rico. This sunny house is located 800 feet above sea level on Gifft Hill. It is bathed in sunlight from 9 am to the last rays of the usually spectacular sunset, while at night the soft lighting, gentle trade winds and twinkling lights of distant islands create a wonderfully romantic and restful environment. Seawatch is a gorgeous example of traditional Caribbean architecture with 4 hip roofed buildings connected by decks, covered walkways and garden patios. The "clothing optional" pool is surrounded by a large sundeck with Tropitone deck furniture, a hot tub and a gazebo. Exposed beam cathedral ceilings, multiple ceiling fans, screened sliding windows, mahogany and glass French doors, lush tropical landscaping and terra cotta tiled floors throughout provide an atmosphere of luxury and relaxation. LIVING/DINING/KITCHEN. The living room is furnished with floral rattan furniture accented by Caribbean wall hangings and accessories with a cable color tv and vcr and a stereo / cassette for entertainment. You may dine in the dining room at the inlaid mahogany table seating 6 or outside under the gazebo. The kitchen is located off the dining room and includes a countertop bar with bar stools, a dishwasher, microwave, electric stove and oven, refrig/freezer, toaster, blender, coffeemaker, telephone and a complete assortment of dinnerware and cookware. A washer/dryer is located off the kitchen. |

| BEDROOMS. Seawatch was remodeled in 1996 and a new master bedroom (king) suite with a sitting room and a private deck was added. The former master bedroom (king) is located in a separate but adjoining building. Both air conditioned masters are furnished with nightstands, lamps, artwork and accessories and both have mahogany French doors that open to gorgeous views. Both have fully tiled master baths with garden showers, linen closets and a locking safe. The 3rd bedroom is a loft bedroom located in the Great House with a king bed, tiled bath and shower. |

CARIBBEAN VILLAS' COMMENTS. Seawatch has been owned by the same attentive owners since it was built and due to frequent refurbishing and remodeling, this villa is more appealing and in better rental condition than when we first offered it when it was new. This home has been lovingly maintained, furnished and accessorized and has always been one of our most popular rental homes. With its large deck area, a/c master bedrooms in separate but adjoining buildings, centrally located pool and 10 minute access to Cruz Bay, Seawatch is very popular with families. With its fascinating sunset and evening views, soft night lights, warm breezes and semi privacy, Seawatch is also a romantic and intimate villa that is perfect for honeymooners and lovers of any age. Like its neighbors, Palm and Coconuts and Sea Wind, its cousin in Chocolate Hole, and like St John itself, Seawatch is a consistent winner that always sends our guests home with big smiles and treasured memories.
